LITTLE FESTIVAL
NEWCASTLE CBD 1 & 2 OCTOBER 2022
The mini Zine library project (brain child of multi disciplinary artist adam lewczuk AKA 085c3n3) inaugural iteration was tested and presented at the Little Festival in October 2022. The project aimed to encourage festival attendees to discover the mysterious world of artist zines, whilst exploring the nooks and crannies of Newcastle’s CBD.
The 7 hand made by 085c3n3 mini zine libraries (20cm (h) x 11cm (w) x 8cm (d) were placed throughout the festival precinct, each featuring an unique design . The mini libraries were released into the wilds of downtown Newcastle for punters to discover randomly or as a part of the mini ZINE library trail starting from the festival hub/ head quarters Playstate Curate (map below).
Each mini library contained limited edition 085c3n3 art zines, slaps and artefacts to read or take. Local zinesters were also encouraged to leave their own zines during the festival. share their zine discovery by a post to socials tagging @085c3n3 & @minizinelibrary and using the hashtags #minizinelibrary & #085c3n3
